Every pet is unique—some are full of boundless energy, while others have a quiet, curious nature. As a professional pet photographer, I take the time to understand your pet’s personality, from the wag of their tail to the sparkle in their eyes, ensuring a pet photography session tailored to their energy and temperament. Whether it’s capturing the thrill of zoomies with action pet photography or the calm of a timeless pet portrait, I create a relaxed environment where your pet’s true self shines through in every beautifully crafted image.
Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities during every pet photography session. Sometimes that means taking extra time to earn your dog’s trust or selecting pet-friendly photography locations that minimize distractions and reduce the chances of reactivity.
Creating stunning pet portraits takes more than just a good camera—it’s about using professional pet photography techniques to highlight every detail that makes your pet special. With high-end equipment and expert lighting, I capture the perfect shot, while advanced photo editing ensures each image is refined to perfection. From leash removal to enhancing the sparkle in their eyes, every pet portrait is crafted to be as unique and beautiful as your furry companion—designed to be truly wall-worthy.
Great pet photography is more than just a click of the camera—it requires patience, skill, and an understanding of each pet’s unique personality. Whether I’m waiting for that perfect head tilt in a pet portrait or timing the split-second leap for an action shot, I use expert techniques (and plenty of treats!) to capture frame-worthy moments. As a professional pet photographer, I know that the best shots come to those who wait—and I’m here to make sure every image is as unforgettable as your pet.
Every pet deserves to be captured in a way that takes your breath away—that’s why I offer my Great Image Guarantee. If you don’t absolutely love the pet portraits I create, I’ll refund your session fee in full.

My goal is to give you a variety of images. I make lots of noises, use treats & squeaky toys to grab your pet’s attention. It’s fun and you may be quite amused by the process. It usually takes a few tries so patience will be required – but it will be loads of fun!
Training is helpful but it is not a requirement. Most of the dogs I work with are not well-trained. Pet photography takes a lot of patience and your pet may not get it the first few times. It's ok and very normal.
Yes. It’s very common for me to do an entire outdoor session with dogs on a lead. I will direct the session so that the lead is hidden wherever possible. Most of the time it can be removed during the post production editing process.
Yes! You are the most important part of your pet’s life and I encourage you to be in a few of the shots. I make sure to leave time at the end of the session for some magical moments of you together. The images that show your connection and bond are often the favorite images from the entire session.
If your session is scheduled outdoors, I always plan for a rain back up date, just in case.
This can vary a lot from session to session, but in general you will have 25+ with an essentials session, and considerably more with the longer duration sessions.
