A beautiful walk at the Minnewaska State Park Preserve near New Paltz - we'll walk around the lake - taking pictures along the way.  

Best for: Most dogs   - features gravel wide and gentle carriage paths with some easy hills.

Best Season: Nice all year round, especially nice during the Fall with peak foliage

Time:  About 2 Hours

Salisbury Mills, Orange County, NY

Big skies, rolling hills, and the iconic Moodna Viaduct

set the stage for great pictures.

Perfect for: Older and smaller dogs that want a calmer adventure. This trail features a gravel trails and gentle hills making is easy to traverse.

Best Season: Nice all year round, especially nice during the Fall with peak foliage

Time:  60 - 90 minutes is common

Deer Park, Orange County, NY

The scenic upper Delaware has beautiful vistas and the clear water creates stunning images

Best for: Active dogs who enjoy swimming and playing in the water.

Best Season: May thru September  is the best time of year, the river will have lower water levels and the water will be a good temp for your dog to cool off.

Mahwah, Bergen County, NJ

The Ramapo Valley County Reservation, also known as the Ramapo Reservation, is a 4,000 acres county park located in Mahwah, New Jersey in Bergen County.

Best for: Most dogs   - features gravel wide and gentle carriage paths with some easy hills.
